Abstract

CV. Serba Jaya Oke mengalami peningkatan permintaan produk gantungan baju dan piring sehingga kapasitas produksi mesin injection molding tidak mencukupi. Total permintaan meningkat dari 9.800.000 pcs pada tahun 2026 menjadi 11.600.000 pcs pada tahun 2029, sementara kapasitas produksi hanya 9.060.480 pcs per tahun, sehingga terjadi kekurangan hingga 2.539.520 pcs. Penerapan lembur memerlukan 561 hingga 1.924 jam per tahun dengan total biaya Rp1.712.550.000, sehingga kurang efektif untuk jangka panjang. Analisis investasi menunjukkan bahwa penambahan mesin injection molding layak secara finansial, dengan NPV Rp3.587.517.846, IRR 14,05%, dan Payback Period 5,65 bulan pada alternatif 1, serta NPV Rp3.606.663.078, IRR 13,17%, dan Payback Period 7,59 bulan pada alternatif 2, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai solusi pemenuhan kapasitas produksi.
