Abstract

Efisiensi operasional dalam industri manufaktur sangat bergantung pada kinerja peralatan penunjang, khususnya Compressor udara tipe screw yang berperan penting dalam menyediakan aliran udara bertekanan untuk sistem pneumatik, kendali mesin otomatis, dan proses produksi lainnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah penurunan performa akibat keausan, kebisingan abnormal, dan akumulasi panas yang dapat memicu gangguan operasional. Metode pemantauan kondisi mesin yang umum digunakan saat ini masih didominasi oleh inspeksi manual yang kurang efisien dalam mendeteksi gangguan secara dini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan baru yang lebih efektif untuk memantau kondisi mesin secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem klasifikasi performa berbasis logika fuzzy, menganalisis performa mesin Compressor screw berdasarkan input dari sensor suara dan arus, serta mengukur tingkat akurasi sistem dalam mendeteksi kondisi mesin. Metode yang digunakan adalah logika fuzzy yang mengintegrasikan data dari sensor suara untuk mendeteksi kebisingan abnormal dan sensor arus untuk memantau konsumsi daya mesin. Pendekatan ini bersifat non-invasif dan mampu memberikan deteksi dini terhadap penurunan performa mesin. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem monitoring yang mampu mendeteksi penurunan performa Compressor lebih dini, mengurangi risiko downtime, dan mendukung efisiensi biaya serta energi dalam proses produksi. Sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan pemeliharaan prediktif di sektor industri yang berbasis data dan kecerdasan buatan, sehingga meningkatkan keandalan operasional dan produktivitas perusahaan
