Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Governance dan Pengelolaan Dana terhadap Kepercayaan Publik di Kota Surabaya, khususnya pada masyarakat Kelurahan Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori, di mana data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernah berinteraksi dengan layanan publik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Governance dan Pengelolaan Dana secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Publik, yang dibuktikan melalui hasil uji F dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Secara parsial, variabel Pengelolaan Dana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Publik, sedangkan variabel Good Governance berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,658 menunjukkan bahwa 65,8% variasi Kepercayaan Publik dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan anggaran publik menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, sementara penerapan prinsip Good Governance belum sepenuhnya dirasakan efektif oleh publik. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi kualitas pengelolaan dana menjadi strategi penting untuk memperkuat legitimasi pemerintah di mata masyarakat.
