Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja fisik dan mental pekerja bagian produksi dengan menggunakan dua metode, yaitu Cardiovascular Load (CVL) untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik dan NASA-TLX untuk mengukur beban kerja mental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja fisik pekerja produksi sebelum perbaikan berada pada kategori berat, khususnya pada bagian pemotongan bahan baku dengan nilai %CVL sebesar 63% dan bagian perakitan sebesar 61,2%, yang berarti hanya dapat pekerja dalam waktu singkat. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan berupa penataan aktivitas kerja serta penggunaan alat bantu, nilai %CVL turun menjadi 48% dan 51,4%, sehingga masuk kategori sedang. Sementara itu, hasil beban kerja mental berdasarkan metode NASA-TLX menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan perbaikan, pekerja pemotongan bahan baku (Achmad) memiliki nilai WWL (Weighted Workload) sebesar 92, dan pekerja finishing (Zulham) sebesar 91, yang termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan berupa peningkatan komunikasi kerja, pembagian tugas yang lebih jelas, serta perbaikan pencahayaan di area kerja, nilai WWL (Weighted Workload) menurun menjadi 76 dan 73, atau kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian di CV. Man Jaya dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan untuk melakukan perbaikan sistem kerja, peningkatan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), serta peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja di lingkungan produksi.
