Abstract

pengadaan bahan baku pada proses produksi list gypsum di UDJaya Gypsum menggunakan pendekatan teknik lot sizing. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah ketidaktepatan jumlah dan waktu pemesanan bahan baku, sehingga memengaruhi kelancaran produksi dan efisiensi biaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Lot For Lot (LFL), Period Order Quantity (POQ), Least Unit Cost (LUC), dan Least Total Cost (LTC) untuk menentukan ukuran pemesanan paling optimal. Data kebutuhan bahan baku diperoleh dari histori permintaan dan jadwal produksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan biaya total pada setiap metode serta menghasilkan rekomendasi ukuran lot pemesanan yang paling efisien bagi perusahaan. Dengan penerapan metode lot sizing yang tepat, perusahaan dapat meminimalkan biaya persediaan sekaligus menjaga kontinuitas produksi. Diketahui hasil Metode teknik lot sizing yang terbaik dalam rangka menjaga kelancaran produksi dan meningkatkan efisiensi terhadap pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada produk list gypsum bagi perusahaan yaitu untuk bahan baku tepung casting dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dengan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp Rp 1.440.417,karena biaya simpan Rp 0,. Pada bahan baku tepung kalsium dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sebesar Rp 595.552,. Pada bahan baku roping dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ)sebesar Rp 604.791,karena karena biaya simpan Rp 0. Pada bahan baku semen putih dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sebesar Rp 171.360,.
