Abstract

UD Karya Jaya merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi beragam komponen spare part kendaraan, salah satunya sarangan knalpot yang proses pembuatannya melibatkan mesin sentrik. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas mesin sentrik masih tergolong rendah akibat penataan material yang kurang ergonomis, sehingga operator memerlukan waktu lebih lama dalam proses pengambilan dan pemindahan bahan baku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas pada beberapa tahapan proses kerja serta mengidentifikasi kebutuhan perancangan fasilitas kerja yang dapat meningkatkan Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa perancangan fasilitas penyimpanan material yang ergonomis guna memperlancar aliran material pada area kerja mesin sentrik. Implementasi fasilitas tersebut diharapkan mampu mengurangi waktu yang tidak bernilai tambah (non-value added), mempercepat waktu siklus, serta meningkatkan produktivitas pada setiap tahapan proses produksi.
