Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan proyek. Pada Proyek Gudang Akses Kebomas Tahap 3 Gresik yang dilaksanakan secara swakelola, tingkat produktivitas diukur menggunakan metode Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) melalui work sampling, yaitu pencatatan acak aktivitas pekerja untuk melihat penggunaan waktu kerja. Observasi dilakukan pada lima pekerja selama enam hari, dari pukul 08.00 hingga 17.00 WIB, serta dilengkapi dengan data karakteristik responden melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan keramik memperoleh nilai LUR tertinggi sebesar 55,67% dalam 1 hari, sedangkan pembongkaran dinding pada hari kedua memiliki nilai terendah sebesar 51,73% dalam 1 hari. Rentang LUR 50–60% menandakan produktivitas berada pada kategori sedang, meskipun masih terdapat waktu tidak produktif yang perlu dikurangi. Analisis kuesioner mengidentifikasi bahwa kemampuan mengatur waktu menjadi faktor paling berpengaruh (X4.6 = 3,73), sementara keterampilan teknis menjadi faktor terlemah (X3.3 = 3,20). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kedisiplinan waktu sudah baik, produktivitas masih dibatasi oleh kompetensi teknis dan sistem kompensasi yang belum optimal.
