Abstract

Kecamatan Gunung Anyar memiliki risiko banjir yang tinggi akibat pertumbuhan penduduk, perubahan tata guna lahan, dan berkurangnya area resapan. Alih fungsi kawasan mangrove menjadi permukiman meningkatkan limpasan permukaan sehingga debit aliran melebihi kapasitas saluran drainase. Kondisi ini memerlukan solusi pengendalian banjir yang berkelanjutan, salah satunya melalui pembangunan kolam retensi sebagai penampung sementara limpasan air hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merencanakan kolam retensi berdasarkan kondisi hidrologi dan hidrolika di wilayah studi. Tahapan analisis meliputi perhitungan debit rencana pada berbagai kala ulang, evaluasi kapasitas saluran eksisting, serta penentuan kebutuhan kolam berdasarkan selisih antara debit limpasan dan kapasitas saluran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa debit rencana pada sepuluh SubDAS meningkat seiring bertambahnya kala ulang, dengan kisaran 0,096 – 0,404 m3/detik. Beberapa saluran, terutama pada SubDAS 1, 2, 5, 6, dan 7, tidak mampu menampung debit tersebut. Kolam retensi yang direncanakan memiliki kedalaman 2 meter dengan dimensi dasar 64 x 32 meter dan permukaan 72 x 40 meter, sehingga menghasilkan kapasitas tampungan 4904.42 m3 mampu menurunkan debit limpasan maksimum sebesar 0,942 m3/detik, dengan debit pintu pelepasan 0.993 m3/detik. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh titik genangan pada kala ulang 2, 5, dan 10 tahun dapat teratasi, sehingga kolam retensi dinilai layak dan efektif untuk mengurangi risiko banjir di wilayah penelitian.
