Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya limbah plastik makanan dan kebutuhan material perkerasan berdrainase baik. LDPE dipilih sebagai substitusi sebagian aspal PG 70 pada campuran aspal porus untuk menambah nilai teknis dan lingkungan. Kajian difokuskan pada penentuan KAO, evaluasi Marshall, dan permeabilitas campuran. Metode menggunakan standar Bina Marga (2018) dan AAPA (2004), dengan variasi LDPE 3%, 4%, dan 5% melalui metode basah. KAO ditentukan melalui Cantabro Loss, rongga udara, dan AFD hingga diperoleh nilai optimum 4,72%. Benda uji pada KAO kemudian diuji Marshall, Cantabro Loss, AFD, dan permeabilitas untuk menilai performa campuran. Hasil menunjukkan kondisi 4,5%–6% memenuhi batas Cantabro Loss <35% dan parameter Marshall berada dalam standar porus dengan stabilitas >500 kg dan VIM 18–25%. Nilai AFD <0,3% dan permeabilitas 0,10–0,22 cm/detik masih ideal untuk gradasi terbuka. Secara keseluruhan, penambahan limbah LDPE tidak menurunkan performa teknis dan tetap menjaga drainase sehingga dapat diterapkan pada perkerasan lalu lintas ringan..
