Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyerapan tenaga kerja, penduduk dan investasi terhadap Industri Kecil Menengah Tekstil di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data time series 2016-2023, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diambil Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdangan Provinsi Jawa Timur dan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda yang pengintrepasian menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian uji T pada variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan variabel penduduk dan investasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji F variabel penyerapan tenaga kerja, penduduk dan investasi bepengaruh simultan secara bersamaan terhadap Industri Kecil Menengah Tekstil di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dari dari hasil uji determinan (R2) Variabel independent sebesar 86,7%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain dari penelitian ini.
