Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi pada Gen Z. Penerimaan diri adalah individu yang merasa puas dan positif dalam menjalani kehidupannya serta individu tersebut dapat mengakui kekurangan maupun kelebihan dalam dirinya. Dukungan sosial adalah bantuan yang diterima dari orang lain yang berupa nasehat, informasi dan bantuan nyata atas rasa peduli maupun penghargaan dari orang lain. Resiliensi adalah respons positif individu yaitu berupa dapat kembali bangkit serta tidak menyerah dalam menghadapi situasi yang sulit Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Gen Z dengan jumlah 134 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan nilai f = 27,259 dan p= <0,001 (p<0,05) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi pada Gen Z. Hasil hipotesis kedua menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dan resiliensi dengan nilai pearson correlation = 6,022 dan p= <0,001 (p<0,05) artinya semakin tinggi penerimaan diri maka semakin tinggi resiliensi yang dimiliki pada Gen Z. Hipotesis ketiga terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan resiliensi. Hasil uji hipotesis mendapat nilai pearson correlation = 2,595 dan p= 0,011 (p<0,05) artinya semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi resiliensi yang dimiliki pada Gen Z. Penerimaan diri dan dukungan sosial memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap resiliensi sebesar 29,4%.
