Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, insentif, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Best Jaya Sukses. Penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya faktor internal perusahaan, seperti beban kerja yang proporsional, pemberian insentif yang memadai, dan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Responden terdiri dari 60 Divisi CV Best Jaya Sukses, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (4) Secara simultan, beban kerja, insentif, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perusahaan perlu mengelola beban kerja secara proporsional, memberikan insentif yang sesuai, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kepuasan kerja karyawan.
