Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja, dan pupuk terhadap produksi padi di Desa Tulakan, Kecamatan Sine, Kabupaten Ngawi. Sektor pertanian, khususnya komoditas padi, memegang peranan strategis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan nasional serta sebagai sumber pendapatan utama bagi masyarakat pedesaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder selama periode sepuluh tahun, yakni dari tahun 2015 hingga 2024, yang diperoleh dari Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi padi. Secara parsial, variabel luas lahan dan pupuk memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil produksi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perluasan lahan tanam serta penggunaan pupuk yang tepat dan optimal menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong produktivitas petani. Sebaliknya, variabel tenaga kerja tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap produksi padi, yang dimungkinkan karena adanya penurunan partisipasi tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian, keterbatasan keterampilan, atau kurangnya efisiensi dalam penggunaan tenaga kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya perumusan kebijakan yang fokus pada penyediaan lahan pertanian yang memadai serta penguatan distribusi pupuk, disertai upaya peningkatan efisiensi dan pemberdayaan tenaga kerja di sektor pertanian, guna mendukung keberlanjutan ketahanan pangan di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.
