Abstract

Companies today face demands to more actively fulfill their social and environmental responsibilities in order to create sustainable value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an integral part of good corporate governance practices, as mandated by Law Number 40 of 2007. However, CSR implementation often remains merely a formality, lacking integration into business processes and involving minimal stakeholder participation. This study aims to design the user interface and user experience for a corporate CSR information system using a design thinking approach. This method emphasizes a deep understanding of user needs through five iterative stages. Through this approach, the developed CSR information system is expected to enhance stakeholder engagement, foster transparency, and strengthen social and environmental impact in a sustainable manner.
