Abstract

Abstract Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang memiliki peranan krusial dalam menjamin keandalan pasokan energi listrik bagi sektor industri maupun rumah tangga. Sistem distribusi tegangan menengah 20 kV berperan penting dalam menyalurkan energi dari gardu induk menuju beban, namun dalam operasionalnya tidak lepas dari berbagai gangguan, salah satunya ialah kedip tegangan. Pengertian kedip tegangan merupakan penurunan tegangan sesaat yang dapat terjadi akibat hubung singkat maupun perubahan beban secara tiba-tiba. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis kedip tegangan yang terjadi di suatu sistem distribusi bertegangan 20 kV yang diakibatkan oleh hubung singkat yang di sebabkan oleh kontak hewan dengan studi kasus pada penyulang Nginden yang dipasok transformator yang bertenaga 150/20kV dari Gardu Induk. Gangguan hubung singkat sering terjadi pada gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah, 2 fasa ke fasa, dan 3 fasa simetri, dengan penyebab antara lain sambaran petir, cabang pohon, kontak hewan, serta gangguan switching. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 19,17 ampere untuk hubung singkat 1 fasa ketanah, kedip tegangannya sebesar 11.547,6 Volt, dan penurunan tegangan sebesar 57,73%. Untuk hubung singkat 2 fasa ke fasa nilainya adalah 19,22 Ampere, dengan kedip tegangan sebesar 11.041 Volt dan penurunan tegangan sebesar 55,20%. Sedangkan untuk gangguan 3 fasa simetri, meskipun arus hubung singkatnya adalah yang tertinggi yaitu 19,24 Ampere, kedip tegangannya sangat kecil, hanya 260 Volt, dengan penurunan tegangan hanya 1,3%. Hal ini terjadi karena gangguan simetri memengaruhi semua fasa secara seimbang, sehingga sistem tetap stabil meskipun terjadi gangguan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kestabilan tegangan dan kualitas daya sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik gangguan, melalui analisis ini, dapat dipahami pengaruh gangguan terhadap tegangan sistem serta pentingnya perencanaan sistem proteksi yang tepat untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan. Oleh karena itu, analisis kedip tegangan menjadi langkah penting dalam peningkatan keandalan dan kualitas sistem distribusi tenaga listrik.
