Abstract
This study investigates the impact of Information Systems, facilities, and user Habits on net Benefitss, with a focus on User Satisfaction and intention to use the SISKEUDes (Village Financial System) application across all villages in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The research population consists of village apparatus staff actively using the SISKEUDes application. A purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in a sample of 200 respondents. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model ing (SEM) with the assistance of the Amos software. The findings reveal that Information Systems have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, intention to use, and net Benefitss. While facilities positively influence user satisfaction, they do not significantly impact intention to use or net Benefitss. Conversely, user Habits significantly affect user satisfaction, intention to use, and net Benefitss. Interestingly, User Satisfaction does not directly enhance net Benefitss; however, intention to use acts as a critical mediator between Information Systems and net Benefitss. Additionally, the study highlights that although user satisfaction, intention to use, and Habits contribute to net Benefitss, it is primarily the intention to use that mediates the relationship between Habits and net Benefitss. The influence of facilities on net Benefitss is not significantly mediated by either User Satisfaction or intention to use, suggesting that other factors may play a more prominent role in driving net Benefitss.
