Abstract

Kawasan wisata Dilem Wilis di Kabupaten Trenggalek memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang pertanian dan pariwisata berbasis tanaman atsiri. Namun, pemanfaatan potensi masih belum optimal karena minimnya fasilitas edukatif dan riset yang mendukung pengembangan kawasan. Tujuan Perancangan Fasilitas Edukasi (Science Techno Park) Dilem Wilis di Kabupaten Trenggalek antara lain sebagai sarana fasilitas edukasi yang berkelanjutan dan kompetitif serta menciptakan destinasi kreatif yang menarik. STP ini dirancang sebagai ruang kolaboratif antara akademisi, industri, pemerintah, dan masyarakat, dengan tiga zona utama: riset dan inkubasi, agrowisata, serta industri dan perdagangan. Fasilitas ini tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi lokal melalui pengolahan minyak atsiri dan produk inovatif lainnya, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan edukasi. Perancangan Fasilitas Edukasi (Science Techno Park) ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur kontekstual dengan tagline "Menjelajah Alam, Menghidupkan Gagasan" sehingga perancangan menjaga harmoni antara bangunan dengan lingkungan alam dan sejarah lokal, serta mendorong terciptanya wisata edukasi yang berkelanjutan. Hasil perancangan diharapkan dapat menjadi model pengembangan kawasan berbasis potensi lokal dan inovasi teknologi di wilayah Dilem Wilis, Kabupaten Trenggalek.
