Abstract

CV. XYZ is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) specializing in plastic sack tailoring services. CV. XYZ still uses a manual payroll system relying on paper records, which is prone to recording errors and data loss. Additionally, there are challenges in managing employee performance, which remains inconsistent. These issues affect the company's operational efficiency as well as the accuracy and transparency of salary payments. A potential solution to enhance employee motivation and productivity is by providing incentives. This study aims to record and evaluate employee work production results using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The findings indicate that KPIs can be assessed objectively and measurably, and the implementation of incentive distribution integrated into the payroll system can drive employee performance. Results from the black box testing demonstrate that the system meets user requirements, with 100% of test cases successfully passing according to the specifications.
