Abstract

Perancangan rumah susun sederhana sewa (rusunawa) bagi pekerja industri di Kota Madiun merupakan upaya dalam menyediakan hunian layak yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan sosial, psikologis, dan aktivitas penghuninya. Pendekatan arsitektur perilaku digunakan sebagai landasan perancangan untuk memahami interaksi penghuni terhadap ruang, lingkungan, serta sesama penghuni. Kota Madiun sebagai kota transit dan kawasan industri membutuhkan hunian vertikal yang tidak hanya memenuhi fungsi tempat tinggal, namun juga memperhatikan aspek kenyamanan, privasi, serta interaksi sosial bagi para pekerja industri dengan latar belakang beragam. Melalui studi perilaku pengguna, perancangan ini menekankan pentingnya zonasi ruang yang jelas, sirkulasi yang efisien, serta penyediaan ruang komunal yang mendorong kohesi sosial. Penggunaan elemen desain seperti pencahayaan alami, ventilasi silang, dan material lokal berkontribusi pada kenyamanan termal dan efisiensi energi. Selain itu, ruang publik yang fleksibel didesain untuk mengakomodasi aktivitas kolektif seperti beribadah, berkumpul, hingga rekreasi ringan. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi arsitektur perilaku dalam perumusan ruang rusunawa mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup penghuni dan memperkuat ikatan sosial di lingkungan hunian vertikal.
