Abstract

This research aims to design an e-commerce website interface design for Orlin Boutique by implementing features that are friendly to disabilities, especially Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) using the Design Thinking method. Using the Design Thinking method allows researchers to better understand user needs and design innovative and effective solutions. The website design process involves several stages, namely the empathise, define, ideate, prototype and testing stages. In order to improve the accessibility and user experience of people with ADHD, this research needs to implement features that are suitable for the characteristics of people with ADHD. Evaluation of success will involve measuring through the level of efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of users, especially people with ADHD as well as collecting user feedback through interviews with users. The success of this research is in the form of normal and ADHD users understanding of the interface design of the orlin boutique ecommerce website that has been adjusted to their needs and understanding of any product-related information, so that users, especially ADHD, can have an experience in shopping online.
