Abstract

Jalan Demak Surabaya merupakan jalan arteri primer yang berfungsi vital dalam pergerakan manusia dan distribusi barang. Tingginya volume kendaraan serta aktivitas di sepanjang jalan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kinerja lalu lintas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PKJI 2014 untuk menganalisis kinerja lalu lintas berdasarkan data survei selama lima hari pada empat titik pengamatan. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi volume lalu lintas, hambatan samping, kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan volume lalu lintas terpadat terjadi pada hari Senin 5 Mei 2025 pukul 17.00 – 18.00 dengan total 4101, 4 skr/jam, kapasitas Jalan Demak Surabaya terpadat adalah 4896,53 , dan derajat kejenuhan tertinggi sebesar 0,84 dan tingkat pelayanan (Level of Service/LOS) pada kategori (D). LOS D menunjukkan kondisi lalu lintas sudah mendekati jenuh dan sering terjadi hambatan. Ruas Jalan Demak dalam kondisi buruk dan perlu upaya penataan lalu lintas serta pengurangan hambatan samping.
