Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work-life balance in working students. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all evening class students at a private university who were currently studying and had work experience. The number of participants in this study was 120 students. The sampling technique in this study was by distributing questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. Hypothesis testing analysis used Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of this study show a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.957 with a significance of 0.001 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a very significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and work-life balance in working students. This means that the higher the self-efficacy of students, the higher the level of work-life balance achieved, and vice versa, the lower the self-efficacy, the lower the level of work-life balance of working students.
