Abstract

Agrowisata Kebun Belimbing di Desa Ngringinrejo, Kabupaten Bojonegoro, merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata berbasis pertanian yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Kawasan ini memiliki luas sekitar 14,5 hektar dan ditanami lebih dari 10.000 pohon belimbing unggul. Namun, potensi tersebut belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan akibat keterbatasan fasilitas edukasi, pengolahan hasil pertanian, serta kurangnya kenyamanan dan daya tarik dari sisi arsitektural dan fungsional kawasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang pengembangan kawasan agrowisata yang mendukung kegiatan edukasi, rekreasi, dan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pendekatan Biophilic Design. Pendekatan ini diterapkan guna menciptakan integrasi antara ruang binaan dangan alam, sehingga meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan pengalaman pengunjung. Metode perancangan dilakukan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, analisis tapak, serta studi pembanding dari objek sejenis. Hasil dari perancangan ini menghasilkan konsep zonasi yang jelas antara area edukasi, rekreasi, dan komersial, serta rancangan fasilitas pendukung seperti ruang edukasi, pusat informasi, ruang pengolahan produk belimbing, dan area interaktif lainnya yang ramah lingkungan. Pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing kawasan, memperkuat identitas lokal, serta mendukung keberlanjutan sektor agrowisata di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
