Abstract

Simpang Blimbing Ngoro merupakan jalur alternatif yang banyak dilalui oleh pengguna jalan terutama untuk tujuan wisata dengan rute Jombang – Pare – Kandangan – Kasembon – Batu – Malang karena menyajikan pemandangan alam. Simpang yang berada di jalan dengan status jalan provinsi yang juga jalur alternatif bagi kendaraan angkutan barang yang sering menjadi titik konsentrasi kendaraan, terutama pada ruas-ruas tertentu yang memiliki volume tinggi. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan sarana prasarana lalu lintas dengan terus bertambahnya volume lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi eksisting simpang tersebut dan memberikan solusi peningkatan kinerja melalui pemodelan dan simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak PTV VISSIM dan análisis dilakukan dengan acuan PKJI 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting Simpang Tiga Blimbing berada pada tingkat pelayanan LOS D, dengan tundaan rata-rata 30,99 detik dan panjang antrean 26,53 meter, mencerminkan kinerja lalu lintas yang kurang optimal. Berdasarkan analisis ARRB, diperlukan pengendalian simpang berupa pemasangan APILL untuk meningkatkan keselamatan dan efisiensi. Usulan 3 yang menggabungkan tiga fase dan fitur belok kiri jalan terus (LTOR) memberikan hasil yang hampir sebaik Usulan 1, yaitu tundaan 24,05 detik dan antrean 16,28 meter, tetap berada pada LOS C. Oleh karena itu, Usulan 3 dinilai sebagai solusi paling efektif karena mampu meningkatkan kelancaran lalu lintas tanpa mengabaikan aspek keselamatan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja Simpang, PTV Vissim, APILL
