Abstract

Permasalahan banjir di Kota Ponorogo disebabkan oleh sedimentasi dan sampah pada saluran drainase yang menyebabkan kapasitas tampung menjadi berkurang. Wilayah yang sering terjadi banjir berada di Jl. Pramuka, Jl. Bhayangkara, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto dan Jl. Kbp. Duriyat. Hasil perhitungan Dispersi menggunakan data curah hujan stasiun Ponorogo selama 20 tahun menunjukan bahwa perhitungan menggunakan metode Log Pearson Type III memenuhi syarat. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan kesesuaian Distribusi menggunakan Uji Chi Square dan Smirnov Kolmogorof diperoleh bahwa Metode Log Pearson Type III dapat diterima. Hasil pemilihan Curah Hujan Rencana berdasarkan kala ulang 10 tahun dipilih menggunakan Metode Log Pearson Type III sebesar 111,681 mm. Hasil analisis debit banjir rancangan kala ulang 10 tahun wilayah Jl. Pramuka Kanan sebesar 0,879 m3/detik, Jl. Pramuka Kiri sebesar 0,949 m3/detik, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto Kanan sebesar 0,662 m3/detik, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto Kiri sebesar 0,722 m3/detik, Jl. Bhayangkara Kanan sebesar 0,520 m3/detik, Jl. Bhayangkara Kiri sebesar 0,654 m3/detik, Jl. Kbp Duriyat Kanan sebesar 0,574 m3/detik, Jl. Kbp Duriyat Kiri sebesar 0,652 m3/detik. Analisis hidrolika saluran drainase menunjukan perlu dilakukan perbaikan menggunakan U-Ditch 100×100 cm untuk Jl. Pramuka dan Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto serta U-Ditch 80×80 cm untuk Jl. Bhayangkara dan Jl. Kbp Duriyat. Rencana Anggaran Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk perbaikan saluran drainase di Jl. Pramuka sebesar Rp. 9.480.219.000,00, Jl. Jaksa Agung Suprapto sebesar Rp. 4.737.014.000,00, Jl. Bhayangkara sebesar Rp. 3.477.372.000,00, dan Jl. Kbp Duriyat Rp. 3.266.838.000,00.
