Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada UMKM Kerupuk Ayam Bawang Ibu Sunarti,didalam penelitian ini terungkap masalah pada UMKM yaitu tidak terpenuhinya permintaan customer pada setiap bulannya.Selain itu UMKM Kerupuk Ayam Bawang Ibu Sunarti pada proses pencapuran adonan masih menggunakan system semi otomatis . Perancangan dan pembuatan mesin mixer adonan kerupuk dengan menggunakan metode antropometri serta REBA guna untuk memaksimalkan produktivitas serta meminimalkan tingkat kelelahan bekerja.Perancangan mesin ini berhasil merancang mesin mixer adonan kerupuk dengan kapasitas 75 kg dengan dimensi mesin 85 x 85 x 100 cm menggunakan metode antropometri pekerja.Desain pisau sirip 2 sisi berbahan stainless steel yang tebal guna mempetahankan keawetan serta kehigienisan mesin.Hasil produk yang dihasilkan oleh mesin ini mencapai 1.935 pcs perhari dengan menghemat waktu sebanyak 5 menit.Untuk mobilitas mesin ini dilengkapi dengan 4 roda.Mesin ini dapat menurunkan tingkat kelelahan pekerja dengan perhitungan metode REBA(Rapid Entire Body Assement) yang semula Tinggi menjadi sedang
