Abstract

PT Alecta Global Investama adalah perusahaan yang berfokus di industri restoran, mengoperasikan dua lokasi utama di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Restoran pertamanya adalah Alecta, sedangkan restoran kedua adalah Sedjagad. Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Bapak Sultan Fahad pada tahun 2020 dan memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jl. Ngagel Tim. No.36, Pucang Sewu, Kec. Gubeng, Surabaya, Jawa Timur 60283.Dengan total 30 karyawan, PT Alecta Global Investama menawarkan berbagai jenis kuliner berkualitas untuk memenuhi selera pelanggan di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan sistem antrian pelanggan di Restoran PT Alecta Global Investama guna meningkatkan efisiensi antrian serta kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan. Masalah antrian yang panjang dan waktu tunggu yang tidak terprediksi sering kali menyebabkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan dan penurunan kinerja operasional. Melalui pendekatan simulasi sistem antrian, penelitian ini menganalisis pola kedatangan pelanggan, durasi pelayanan, dan kapasitas layanan yang tersedia di restoran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan manajemen operasional. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan beberapa skenario yang dapat mengoptimalkan distribusi sumber daya, mempersingkat waktu tunggu, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem antrian yang lebih efisien melalui simulasi dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan dalam memperbaiki proses pelayanan, meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pelanggan, dan menambah daya saing restoran di pasar.
