Abstract

CV. Barokah Metal adalah salah satu usaha yang bergerak pada bidang industri pembuatan spareparts motor. Produk yang dihasilkan salah satunya berupa planger atau behel motor. Setiap hari CV. Barokah Metal menargetkan untuk memproduksi planger sebanyak 60 lusin. Akan tetapi terkadang permintaan konsumen tidak dapat terpenuhi. Salah satu tidak terpenuhinya target dipengaruhi oleh performa dan konsistensi pada setiap pekerja, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penentuan waktu standar dalam proses produksi agar dapat memaksimalkan pekerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Pengamatan waktu kerja dilakukan secara berulang ulang untuk perhitungan waktu standar dengan metode stopwatch time study dan didapatkan waktu standar pada potong plat strip 33,80 detik dan 33,53 detik, potong pipa holo 11,41 detik, pembengkokan dan press pipa holo 39,03 detik, press plat strip 7,61 detik, pengelasan 45,09 detik, coating 24,93 detik, pemasangan karet 33,17 detik, dan packing 59,54 detik. Jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja agar dapat memenuhi permintaan berjumlah 12 orang dengan melakukan penambahan tenaga kerja sebanyak 3 orang. Skenario yang tepat antara melakukan lembur atau penambahan tenaga kerja yakni melakukan penambahan 1 tenaga kerja dan lembur selama 1 jam pada stasiun kerja pembengkokan dan press pipa holo, menambah 1 tenaga kerja pada pengelasan, dan pada packing dapat dibantu oleh operator 3 dan 7 dalam memenuhi target. Kemudian total biaya upah tenaga kerja yang dikeluarkan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 865.000 per hari atau Rp. 22.490.000 per bulan.
