Abstract

Production Forecasting Using the ARIMA Method at Kedai Ramuan Hati Problems in inventory and production management are commonly experienced by small businesses, mainly due to inefficient and inaccurate manual recording. This research aims to develop a web-based information system using the Laravel framework integrated with the ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) method to manage raw material stock and forecast production needs at Kedai Ramuan Hati. The system is designed to record stock data in real-time and generate production forecasts based on historical sales data, in order to prevent overstock and stockouts. The development process adopts the waterfall model, covering the stages of requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The ARIMA method is utilized to predict demand using a time series approach that has been proven effective for data forecasting. The final result is an information system that provides stock management features, forecasting, operational reports, and an interactive dashboard. This system enhances operational efficiency, improves data recording accuracy, and supports strategic decision-making based on data. The findings of this study indicate that the integration of predictive technology in inventory information systems can provide tangible benefits for the structured and modern management of micro and small enterprises.
