Abstract

Indonesia merupakan wilayah rawan gempa, termasuk Kota Surabaya yang dilalui oleh Sesar Kendeng. Dalam menghadapi risiko gempa bumi, dibutuhkan sistem struktur bangunan yang mampu meredam energi seismik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodifikasi desain struktur Waron Hospital Women’s & Children’s Specialist Surabaya dengan menggunakan Lead Rubber Bearing (LRB). Analisis mencakup dimensi struktur, desain penulangan, performa kinerja, serta efisiensi volume dan biaya. Software yang digunakan adalah Etabs V.22. Hasil penelitian Dimensi komponen struktur hasil modifikasi memenuhi persyaratan SNI 2847-2019 dan SNI 1726-2019, dengan dimensi kolom utama sebesar 600 × 800 mm dan plat lantai bervariasi antara 125–200 mm. Tiga tipe Lead Rubber Bearing digunakan LH110G4-D (Ø1100 mm), LHG085-J (Ø850 mm), dan LHG070-J (Ø700 mm). Hasil penulangan pada kolom termodifikasi menunjukkan desain efisien, contohnya kolom K67 memerlukan tulangan longitudinal 12D25 dan geser D10-150. Kinerja struktur berdasarkan analisis pushover menunjukkan bahwa sistem eksisting (shear wall) berada pada level Immediate Occupancy (IO). Sedangkan sistem modifikasi dengan LRB mencapai level Life Safety (LS). Dari sisi efisiensi biaya, volume dan biaya beton antara struktur eksisting dan modifikasi adalah sama, yaitu sebesar Rp2.215.859.473,27. Namun, terdapat efisiensi biaya sebesar 41% pada penggunaan tulangan, di mana biaya struktur eksisting sebesar Rp2.647.372.899,81 berkurang menjadi Rp1.561.190.248,61
