Abstract

Optimalisasi kebutuhan air irigasi menjadi strategi penting dalam menjamin keberlanjutan pertanian, khususnya di wilayah yang rentan mengalami kekeringan akibat keterbatasan pasokan air dan buruknya infrastruktur irigasi. Desa Kepunten, Kecamatan Tulangan, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dengan luas total lahan pertanian sebesar 88,59 ha menghadapi tantangan distribusi air selama musim kemarau karena sedimentasi dan penyumbatan saluran. Sumber utama irigasi wilayah ini adalah Sungai Kedunguling yang berasal dari Sungai Brantas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode optimasi dengan pendekatan Solver pada Microsoft Excel. Solver digunakan untuk menentukan kombinasi pola tanam dan luas lahan yang optimal agar kebutuhan air irigasi tetap terpenuhi, berdasarkan data ketersediaan debit yang dihitung menggunakan metode F.J. Mock. Metode ini memperhitungkan kebutuhan air setiap musim tanam serta batasan ketersediaan air, sehingga solusi yang dihasilkan lebih efisien dan sesuai kondisi riil di lapangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa alternatif yang menghasilkan kebutuhan air irigasi paling rendah dari lahan A dan lahan B di Desa Kepunten yaitu alternatif 4 dengan nilai sebesar 19,92 lt/dt/ha (pada lahan A) dan alternatif 2 sebesar 15,24 lt/dt/ha (pada lahan B). Debit air tersedia pada tingkat keandalan 80 persen (Q80) di Desa Kepunten menggunakan metode F.J. Mock sebesar 5,74 m3/detik. Luas areal irigasi optimal berdasarkan hasil optimasi dengan Metode Solver untuk alternatif pola tanam terpilih yaitu sebesar 44,30 ha pada setiap musim tanam (MT I, MT II, dan MT III) untuk lahan A, serta 44,30 ha untuk lahan B.
