Abstract

Beton adalah bahan konstruksi utama yang paling umum digunakan, sehingga meningkatnya permintaan bahan baku dapat mendorong penambangan agregat kasar secara terus-menerus, yang berisiko menimbulkan kelangkaan sumber daya alam dan kerusakan lingkungan seperti tanah longsor. Dengan demikian, diperlukan material alternatif yang sesuai standar namun masih jarang dimanfaatkan. Limbah beton yang digunakan berasal dari benda uji ready mix PT Merak Jaya Beton, yang setiap bulannya menghasilkan sekitar 8m³ limbah benda uji yang dibuang. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan batu limbah beton ready mix dari PT merak jaya beton sebagai material pengganti agregat kasar dalam campuran beton. Penelitian ini terdapat dua variasi substitusi yaitu 0% dan 100%, serta dua mutu rencana yaitu Fc 25 MPa untuk campuran limbah beton mutu K-300 dan Fc 30 MPa untuk campuran limbah beton mutu K-400. Hasil uji slump menunjukkan bahwa seluruh benda uji memiliki nilai slump yang masih sesuai dengan ketentuan SNI, yaitu dalam rentang 7,5–15 cm. Sedangkan untuk Pengujian berat jenis menunjukkan bahwa sampel LB 1-300 memiliki berat jenis beton basah tertinggi dengan rata-rata 2453,41 kg/m³, sedangkan berat jenis beton kering tertinggi terdapat pada sampel LB 1-400 dengan rata-rata 2482,56 kg/m³. Nilai kuat tekan optimum untuk mutu rencana f'c 25 diperoleh sebesar 21,26 MPa dengan substitusi agregat kasar 0%, yang mana nilai tersebut 4,78% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan substitusi agregat kasar 100%. Sementara itu, untuk mutu rencana f'c 30, nilai optimum tercatat sebesar 24,59 MPa dengan substitusi agregat kasar 0%, yang mana nilai tersebut 10,9% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan substitusi agregat kasar 100%. Hasil pengujian resapan diketahui nilai tertinggi yaitu pada sampel LB 2-400 yaitu sebesar 6,09%, nilai tersebut masih tergolong dalam batas normal penyerapan air yaitu tidak melebihi 6,5%. Dari uraian di atas menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan batu limbah beton sebagai substitusi 100% agregat kasar dapat mempengaruhi berat jenis, kuat tekan, dan resapan beton.
