Abstract

Penundaan pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek yang terjadi, akan menjadikan penghambat untuk meningkat kualitas dan akreditasi instasi pendidikan untuk bisa bersaing dengan instasi lain dalam mncetak lulusan yang berkompeten Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis percepatan guna untuk mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan proyek akibat penundaan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pertukaran waktu dan biaya (time cost trade off). Menyajikan cara menentukan pekerjaan yang berada dilintasan kritis, dengan rumus perhitungan, crash duration, crash cost, cost slope, kompresi biaya terhadap waktu dan efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini juga mempercepat waktu pelaksanaan proyek dan menganalisis pengaruh waktu dapat dipersingkat dengan penambahan biaya terhadap kegiatan yang bisa dipercepat kurun waktu pelaksanaannya sehingga dapat diketahui percepatan yang paling maksimum dan biaya yang paling minimum. Analisis yang dilakukan pada setiap item pekerjaan di lintasan kritis, diperoleh bahwa waktu paling optimal pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Perkuliahan Politeknik Negeri Madura dicapai melalui penambahan 3 jam kerja (lembur), yang menghasilkan efisiensi waktu sebesar 7,55% atau 20 hari lebih cepat dari durasi normal proyek selama 270 hari. Selain itu, percepatan ini juga memberikan efisiensi biaya, dengan total biaya proyek sebesar Rp71.179.070.666,61 atau lebih hemat Rp540.729.333,39 dibandingkan biaya normal sebesar Rp71.719.800.000,00, sehingga alternatif ini menghasilkan efisiensi biaya sebesar 0,75%.
