Abstract

Pada proyek pembangunan suatu konstruksi, manajemen menjadi salah satu hal penting yang harus dipersiapkan sebelum proyek pembangunan berlangsung. Salah satunya adalah manajemen perencanaan tata letak fasilitas sementara (site layout).Perencanaan tata letak fasilitas sementara (site layout) yang kurang efektif atau optimal akan menyebabkan bertambahnya biaya pengeluaran yang digunakan untuk biaya penataan ulang beberapa fasilitas sementara, dan akan berpengaruh pada produktivitas pekerja. Pada penelitian proyek pembangunan gedung XYZ yang berlokasi di Jl.Jend.Basuki Rachmat, Keputran, Kec.Tegalsari, Surabaya, proyek ini memiliki lahan pembangunan yang tergolong sempit jika dibandingkan dengan beberapa fasilitas sementara yang ada di proyek tersebut.Sehingga, tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mengoptimasi perencanaan tata letak (site layout) kondisi eksisting dengan memperhatikan jumlah fasilitas dan frekuensi pergerakan pekerja untuk memaksimalkan produktivitas dan memprioritaskan tingkat keselamatan yang ada menggunakan metode multi objective function. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari perencanaan 4 formasi tata letak yang telah dilakukan didapatkan gambaran perencanaan tata letak (site layout) yang paling optimal pada proyek pembangunan gedung XYZ Surabaya berada pada formasi 1 dengan membagi area lahan kerja menjadi 2 bagian, sehingga mampu menurunkan nilai traveling distance sebesar 0,34 % atau 985 m kali/hari dari 2922 m kali/hari. Sedangkan untuk nilai safety index nya, formasi 1 menunjukkan nilai safety index yang rendah disebabkan oleh penempatan beberapa fasilitas sementara yang berada di luar jangkauan radius operasional alat berat, sehingga interaksi langsung antar fasilitas relatif aman dan tingkat risiko perpindahan antar zona berada pada kategori rendah (nilai 1)
