Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang stabil dan peningkatan jumlah penduduk produktif menciptakan tantangan baru, khususnya dalam bidang ketenagakerjaan. Wirausaha menjadi salah satu solusi strategis dalam mengurangi pengangguran dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya melalui sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Surabaya sebagai kota metropolitan menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pengembangan wirausaha muda, salah satunya melalui keberadaan Pasar Kodam Brawijaya yang menjadi pusat aktivitas wirausaha. Meskipun terdapat semangat tinggi untuk berwirausaha, tantangan seperti persaingan ketat dan keterbatasan keterampilan masih dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self-Efficacy, dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha pada wirausaha muda di Pasar Kodam Brawijaya, Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling. Untuk analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis, yang dibantu dengan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Scinences) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self Efficacy dan Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berwirausaha, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang mendukung kewirausahaan di kalangan generasi muda, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja baru. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Self-Efficacy, Lingkungan Keluarga, Keputusan Berwirausaha, Wirausaha Muda.
