Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the Evaluation of the Generation Planning (GenRe) Program in Suppressing Early Marriage Cases at the Sidoarjo Regency Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Office (DP3AKB), which is based on 4 indicators or variables from the CIPP model evaluation according to Stufflebeam Theory (1985). These 4 indicators consist of Context Evaluation, Input Evaluation, Process Evaluation, Product Evaluation. This research uses qualitative research methods, combining primary and secondary data sources. Data is obtained through collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data will be analyzed through the stages of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study indicate that the Evaluation of the Generation Planning (GenRe) Program in Suppressing Early Marriage Cases at the Sidoarjo Regency Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning Office (DP3AKB) has been running quite well. The program has played a role in increasing adolescent awareness of the importance of reproductive health and future planning to prevent early marriage. However, its effectiveness is still constrained by the lack of youth participation, limited funding, and the need for an approach that is more in line with the character of today's young generation. This study confirms that while the Generasi Berencana (GenRe) program has achieved some success, there is still room for improvement. By addressing these barriers and continuing to evaluate and adjust according to evolving needs, it is hoped that the program can have a greater and more sustainable impact on its targets in the region.
