Abstract

Motor induksi banyak digunakan di dunia industri, hampir 90% aplikasi motor pada industri menggunakan jenis motor induksi 3 fasa .Gangguan pada mesin-mesin berputar seperti halnya dikarenakan kerusakan bearing pada motor 3 fasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis performa motor induksi 3 fasa saat terjadi kerusakan bearing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini antara yaitu studi literatur, pemodelan atau modifikasi alat, pengukuran matematis, analisis hasil dan kesimpulan. Analisa dilakukan untuk mengukur kecepatan, suhu, arus, tegangan, daya, dan perhitungan THDI. Enam point tersebut diukur untuk menganalisa dengan hasil yang bervariasi tergantung dengan bobot kerusakan dan penambahan beban, kemudian didapatkan arus harmonisa yang diakibatkan oleh kerusakan bearing belum melampaui standar IEEE 519-2014 yaitu dengan batas THDI sebesar 15%.
