Abstract

Perkerasan jalan termasuk ke dalam elemen penting bagi infrastruktur transportasi yang menopang beban dari kendaraan lalu lintas. Tetapi perkerasan jalan terus menerus mengalami kerusakan maupun degradasi yang diakibatkan dari berbagai faktor, hasil persentase metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index) yang didapat termasuk dalam kondisi buruk. Sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan maupun pemeliharaan berupa penambahan lapis tebal (overlay) untuk mengembalikkan kekuatan strukturnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Ruas Jalan Pahlawan - Sidoarjo (Sta 0+840 – Sta 4+240). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merencanakan dan memperhitungkan tebal lapis tambah (overlay) dengan menggunakan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasana Jalan 2024. Dari hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan dengan Metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 diperoleh nilai CESA4 sebesar 16.760.006 ESA dan CESA5 sebesar 19.990.025 ESA. Hasil yang didapat dari tebal lapis tambah berdasarkan lendutan maksimum D0 0,376 mm sebesar 5 cm. Dan apabila berdasarkan lengkung lendutan D200 0,2 mm menghasilakan tebal sebesar 12 cm. Dari MDPJ 2024 diambil hasil tebal untuk overlay sebesar 12 cm, hasil yang didapat berdasarkan dari analisis lalu lintas serta pencegahan untuk retak lelah sebelum umur yang direncanakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari segi biaya berdasarkan uraian pekerjaan untuk tebal lapis tambah (overlay) menggunakan Metode MDPJ 2024 dengan overlay tebal sebesar Rp. 13.300.000.000,00.
