Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki potensi gempa yang cukup tinggi karena berada di pertemuan empat lempeng tektonik dunia. Kondisi ini menyebabkan sering terjadi gempa bumi, baik di darat maupun di laut, yang berdampak besar terhadap keselamatan manusia dan kerusakan infrastruktur. Hotel Everbright Bojonegoro merupakan bangunan bertingkat tinggi yang pembangunannya terhenti karena masalah perizinan. Dalam perencanaan awal, bangunan ini dirancang menggunakan struktur beton bertulang. Namun, dengan meningkatnya ancaman gempa seperti gempa Tuban dan potensi gempa megathrust, penting untuk mempertimbangkan alternatif struktur yang lebih Tangguh terhadap gempa. Oleh karena itu, dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis merencanakan alternatif struktur Hotel Everbright Express yang belum dibangun dengan menggunakan sistem struktur baja tahan gempa, menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Dari hasil desain Alternatif, struktur Gedung menggunakan kolom KingCross 588x300, Balok induk WF 600x200, WF 500x200, WF 450x200, dan WF 400x200. Balok anak menggunakan WF 400x200, WF 350x175, WF 300x150, Dan tebal pelat lantai 120 mm. Dengan berat total struktur desain alternatif lebih ringan dari desain existing dengan selisih 37,87%. menurut ATC-40 level kinerja struktur baik desain alternatif maupun desain existing sama sama pada Tingkat level kinerja “Damage Control” (DC). Sambungan balok kolom pada desain alternatif menggunakan type sambungan 8ES & 4ES. Simpangan terbesar pada desain alternatif yaitu 42,24 mm lebih kecil dari simpangan terbesar desain existing yaitu 47, 89 mm. Biaya pekerjaan struktur utama yaitu kolom dan balok, untuk desain alternatif mendapat nilai yang lebih mahal yaitu Rp13.397.161.665, sementara desain existing hanya Rp 8.115.457.239, dengan selisih 49,10%.
