Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Surabaya sebagai pusat ekonomi regional mendorong kebutuhan akan analisis mendalam terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh penanaman modal asing (PMA), penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN), dan angkatan kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Surabaya periode 2013-2022. Permasalahan ini penting mengingat upaya pemulihan ekonomi pascapandemi COVID-19 serta kebutuhan akan strategi pembangunan yang tepat. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari BPS dan instansi resmi lainnya, dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, penanaman modal asing (PMA), penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN), dan angkatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara parsial, penanaman modal asing (PMA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,474, sedangkan penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) secara parsial bepengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002, dan untuk angkatan kerja memiliki koefisien sebesar 0,248 namun tidak signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,213. Nilai R² sebesar 0,904 menunjukkan bahwa 90,4% variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat dijelaskan oleh tiga variabel ini. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan variabel terbatas serta data sekunder. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas SDM dan penguatan investasi sebagai strategi pengembangan ekonomi Surabaya.
