Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Empowerment of Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing Village Original Income through the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Wage Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. Empowerment through BUMDes is the main strategy of the village government to encourage local economic growth and optimize village potential. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Through 5 indicators used for the success of UMKM development The results of the study show that BUMDes Wage Bersinar has played an active role in supporting the development of UMKM with various programs such as providing business capital loans, training, and providing product promotion facilities to increase PADes. However, in its implementation, BUMDes is also related to capital issues. UMKM actors often complain about the lack of access to additional business capital. related to capital issues. It is hoped that in the future, the synergy between BUMDes, village government, and MSME actors will be further strengthened in order to create independent and sustainable villages.
