Abstract

Food security is one of the main focuses in facing global challenges, such as climate change, environmental crises, and economic uncertainty. Food security is a strategic issue in the government's work program. Agripreneur participation, especially millennial farmers, has an important role in national agricultural development. This study discusses the implementation of the agripreneur program for millennial farmers as an effort to strengthen food security in Mojokerto Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the agripreneur program for millennial farmers as an effort to strengthen food security in Mojokerto Regency. The theory in this study uses the program implementation suitability theory model proposed by David C Korten, the suitability of three elements of program implementation, namely the suitability between the program and the target group, the suitability between the program and the implementing organization, the suitability between the target group and the implementing organization. The method used is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The results of this study are that the implementation of the agripreneur program for millennial farmers as an effort to strengthen food security in Mojokerto Regency has been running well, this is based on indicators of the suitability of program implementation, namely the suitability between the program and the target group, the suitability between the program and the implementing organization, the suitability between the target group and the implementing organization.
