Abstract

One of the government's efforts in equalizing infrastructure nationally can be seen through infrastructure development with the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (PPP) policy. This policy is an alternative funding in a development cooperation scheme involving the private sector. The positive impacts of this policy are the emergence of innovation, emphasis on financial financing, use of technology, and efficiency arrangements in physical and non-physical infrastructure development. This research focuses on examining the basic self-assessment service innovation of Government and Business Entity Cooperation (Selasar KPBU) carried out by the Bureau of Development Administration in order to accelerate infrastructure development. The theory used to analyze is the theory of The Innovation Lifecycle Theory put forward by the Public Sector Innovation Observatory of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. The method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative with Observation and Interview data collection. The results showed that the service innovation process of Selasar KPBU has been able to answer the problems that arise, through the enactment of the service innovation of Selasar KPBU project feasibility consultation services with the PPP scheme can be carried out effectively and efficiently on the website. Theoretically, the innovation process of the KPBU cellasar service is in accordance with The Innovation Lifecycle Theory put forward by the Public Sector Innovation Observatory of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.
