Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dan kontrol diri terhadap adiksi judi online pada pemain judi online. Adiksi merupakan masalah psikologis yang tidak langsung disadari oleh pengidapnya. Sehingga, terkadang menyebabkan pemain judi online tidak mengerti atau bahkan tidak menyadari. Adiksi judi online merupakan permasalahan yang serius. Seseorang yang mengalami adiksi tidak dapat mengontrol keinginannya untuk bertaruh. Selain itu melakukan tindakan yang beresiko seperti menaikkan jumlah taruhan, bermain tanpa mengenal waktu, tidak membatasi jumlah uang dalam bermain dan menyebabkan masalah sosial lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 141 pemain judi online. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala yaitu, skala adiksi judi online, skala religiusitas dan skala kontrol diri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan adiksi judi online (p = 0.000 (p<0.05). serta, antara kontrol diri dan adiksi judi online (p = 0.000, p<0,05). Analisis regresi berganda juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan kontrol diri dengan adiksi judi online. Artinya terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan kontrol diri dengan adiksi judi online. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin rendah religiusitas dan kontrol diri dapat mempengaruhi tingginya adiksi judi online pada pemain judi online.
