Abstract

Dewasa ini investasi di pasar modal menjadi salah satu cara berinvestasi yang banyak diminati oleh para investor di Indonesia. Investasi saham di pasar modal memiliki daya tarik sendiri bagi para investor, karena menjanjikan dua keuntungan dalam investasi saham pada perusahaan yang sudah go public. Sesuai dengan prinsip investasi yaitu “high risk, high return” semakin tinggi risiko semakin tinggi return yang diperoleh begitupun sebaliknya. Dalam investasi saham juga dikenal mengandung risiko tinggi namun mempunyai return yang tinggi pula. Hal ini disebabkan karena fluktuasi harga saham yag tidak pasti. Return tersebut berupa dividen dan capital gain. Sehingga bagi seorang investor, harus benar-benar memahami cara untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab naik turunnya harga saham. Seorang investor pasti menginginkan keuntungan untuk proses investasinya. Termasuk juga investor di bidang jual beli saham. Untuk itu, harus benar-benar memahami faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap naik turunnya harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja pengaruh EPS, CR, DER dan PBV terhadap harga saham (Studi kasus pada perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019). Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan perkebunan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017- 2019 sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 13 perusahaan. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah EPS, CR, DER dan PBV sedangkan variabel dependen adalah harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EPS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan CR, DER, dan PBV tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.
