Abstract

According to data taken from the Ministry of Health in 2023 through the Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), 43.6% of the Indonesian population experiences problems with sick, damaged, and cavity teeth. However, in reality, the number of people who have never seen a dental health worker is very large, reaching 91.9%. This can show that there is still a gap between the need for dental health services and the level of their utilization by the community. Therefore, the role of the service industry sector in the dental health sector is needed. This study aims to find out whether there is a difference in word of mouth, content marketing, service quality and decision to visit the Omah Untu Dental Clinic and the Silfadent Dental House Mojokerto Dental Clinic. This study uses a comparative quantitative research method. The sampling technique used is the Sampling Quota with the number of samples used as many as 100 samples and divided into 50 quotas in each clinic. Based on the results of the independent sample t test in this study, it was shown that from the four variables, namely Word of Mouth (X1), Content Marketing (X2), Quality of Service (X3) and Decision to Visit (X4) at the Omah Untu Dental Clinic and Silfadent Dental House Dental Clinic, the results of Ho were accepted and Ha was rejected because the significant value in each variable was > 0.05. This means that in this study there was no significant difference in the variables of Word of Mouth, Content Marketing, Service Quality and Visit Decision between Omah Untu Dental Clinic and Silfadent Dental House Dental Clinic.
