Abstract

The tea-based beverage business is starting to attract a lot of attention from entrepreneurs, because the rapid development of the iced tea business is supported by a very large market segment. Plus, the tea market in Indonesia is very wide, so the profit potential is very promising. Therefore, one of the government's efforts to overcome this is to pay special attention to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Some of the advantages of UMKM are that they are able to create new job opportunities, absorb large numbers of workers, are flexible so that it makes it easier for new innovations to emerge and are easy to adapt because management is quite simple. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of wages, capital and production volume on the income of Iced Tea UMKM in Surabaya City. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample selected for this research was 40 iced tea UMKM in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the help of SPSS analysis tools to test the hypothesis. The findings reveal that wages, business capital and production volume simultaneously do not have a significant influence on income. It is hoped that this information can be input for iced tea UMKM in determining wages and business capital used, as well as analyzing the amount of iced tea produced each day.
