Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Word of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Mie Gacoan Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara offline, analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, sampelnya terdiri dari 96 responden. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji T menyatakan bahwa Word of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. Hasil dari uji F menyatakan bahwa Word of Mouth, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.
