Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh collateralizable asset, free cash flow, ownership structure, dan corporate governance terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 45 perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023 dengan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu.Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen meliputi collateralizable asset yang diproksikan dengan indikator COLLAS dan Jaminan Aset, free cash flow diproksikan dengan indikator FCF dan FCFE, ownership structure diproksikan dengan indikator KM, KI, dan KA, serta corporate governance diproksikan dengan indikator DKI, DD, dan Komite Audit. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Partial Least Squares (PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa collateralizable asset berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Free cash flow berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan. Variabel ownership structure, dan corporate governance menunjukkan pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Koefisien determinasi R-Square sebesar 0,061 mengindikasikan bahwa keempat variabel independen hanya mampu menjelaskan 6,1 persen variasi kebijakan dividen, sedangkan 93,9 persen sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian.
