Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun prototipe mesin pengukur kadar air pada tepung sagu berbasis mikrokontroler ESP8266 dengan ThingSpeak sebagai media pemantauan real-time. Alat ini dirancang untuk mengukur kadar air tepung sagu secara akurat dan mengirimkan data ke platform ThingSpeak untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan 5 sampel tepung sagu, dan hasil alat dibandingkan dengan hasil referensi laboratorium. Evaluasi akurasi dilakukan menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Error (MAE), yang menunjukkan nilai 0,64%, mengindikasikan tingkat akurasi yang baik. Meski demikian, perbedaan hasil pada beberapa sampel menunjukkan kebutuhan akan peningkatan kalibrasi dan sensitivitas sensor. Dengan integrasi platform ThingSpeak, alat ini memberikan solusi yang praktis dan efisien untuk memantau kadar air tepung sagu secara real-time.
